There are many filling options for big bags and this varies according to customer requests, filling systems, industry used. Depending on the material inside the big bag, the big bag can be left completely open or the mouth of the bag can be closed in different ways.

TOP OPEN

It is the simplest and cheapest type of big bags. Since the mouth of the bag is completely open, the material inside the bag is unprotected. This type of big bags can contain sand, soil, building materials, etc. It is used to transport materials that will not be affected by rain, humidity and sun.
Open bigbags can be filled automatically or manually. The mouth of the big bag is folded and sewn so that the sharp sides of the fabric do not cause problems.

COVER ON TOP

The lid is sewn to one side of the mouth of the big bag and the remaining three sides are open. The end part of the cover is usually attached opposite the sewn part and simply fastened. In this way, the protection protects from sunlight, but dust and dirt can get into the bag from the edges of the cover.

TOP SKIRT

A skirt is sewn to the top of the big bag. It is a frequently used model. After the filling is done, the skirt is tied with the tie on the edge of the skirt and the contamination of the material in the big bag is prevented. The skirt is usually made of light fabric and laminated. Skirt length is made both according to the customer's request and in accordance with the dimensions of the big bag. Automatic filling machines are not needed to fill skirted big bags.
 

FILLING SPOUT TOP

A filling spout is sewn to the top of the big bag. It is also a very common model. It is tied with the tie on the edge of the chimney after filling and the materials in this big bag are perfectly protected. big bags with filling spout are suitable for places with automatic filling machine. The diameter and length of the chimneys are selected according to the needs of the customer and in accordance with the dimensions of the filling machine. The most preferred is 35cm diameter and 50cm chimney length. The chimney is made of laminated lightweight fabric.

FILLING DUCT + PROTECTION COVER

In some big bags, both the filling chimney and the protection cover can be placed specially. By adding a protection cover, it is ensured that the chimney is both clean and safe. It may vary according to the customer's request, but mostly the chimneys and protection cover are made of laminated light fabric.
 

FILLING FUME + CONICAL TOP

In this way, a conical top is formed and maximum filling of the big bag material is ensured. because of the conicals, the material fills all the corners equally.
