It is the most used lifting loop option. There is a loop in each corner of the big bag. The big bag is lifted from the top with a forklift by attaching to all 4 of the loops.
loop heights are determined according to the needs of the customers and our standart diameters(30cm). 25 cm to 150cm. loop free height starts from the top of the big bag (free loop height). The most commonly used free heights are 25 and 30cm. loops longer than 60cm are suitable for a single hook lift system.

WEAVING FEATURES OF loops:

PP Standard Woven loop:

 It is a hard texture. That's why the loop stays upright on the big bag, even if it's incomplete.
 There is a price advantage
 There are different color options (White, black, blue, green, red)
 PP Multifilament loop:
 It is a soft material. That's why the loops are completely drooping.
 It is more expensive than normal weaving.
 There are not many color options. Usually White.

ZIG ZAG loops

The loops of the Zig Zag loop big bags are sewn at the 8 corners of the big bag and cover both sides of the corner, thus allowing the loop to open wide at free height. Thus, it is very easy for the loop to pass to the forklift. It can even easily attach and lift the loops without the assistance of someone else using the forklift. Zig Zag loops are sewn into big bags made of round thick woven fabric, the part of which the loops will be sewn on is specially reinforced.
These loops are more expensive than other normal loops. This is the disadvantage of these loops.

SINGLE AND DOUBLE LIFTING loops

Single and double lifting loops are simpler and more economical. They are usually 500kg to 1000kg capacity. loops can be wrapped with fabrics of different colors and color options can be created according to the material to be carried in the big bag. Single and double lifts are generally used for manure transport. It is easy to use in the field as there is no need for a forklift.

TUNNEL LIFTING loops

This particular loop shape is made from body fabric. The strength of tunnel lifting is maximized by erecting a standard loop inside. It is ideal for transporting with forklift and is very easy to carry.

STEVEDORE AND RING loops

Stevedore loops are specially designed loops. These are loops that are made in addition to standard loops and can be formed in different ways according to special lifting requirements. While standard 4 lifting loops can be lifted from 4 points, stevedore loops can be lifted from two points or from a single point with a hook. There are different variations as seen in the pictures.

EXTRA TILTING loops ON THE BASE

Extra loops are sewn on 2 or 4 sides at the base, allowing the big bag to be emptied easily. It is mostly used in the construction and mining industry.

TYPE C loops

For Type C conductive big bags, they are specially woven loops by passing conductive carbon threads through them in order to provide conductivity.
